Payment Methods

Payments may be made by e-Transfer / Credit Card / Kidsport or Other Program

 e-Transfer Method:

• e-Transfers are to be sent to: payments@gcmhaislanders.org using the password "Hockey".  Please indicate the player's First Name, Last Name and DOB in the message section of the e-Transfer
• Registration Fee's MUST BE paid in full when selecting to pay via e-Transfer

Credit Card:

• Please select the registration fee(s) option labeled 'Credit Card,' as it includes the 3% processing fee.
• Registration Fee's MUST BE paid in full when selecting to pay via credit card

Kidsport / Jumpstart or Other Program:

• An approval letter MUST be emailed to registrar@gcmhaislanders.org

Late Fee

• A late fee of $50 will be applied to all accounts after September 21, 2025

 

Refunds

A refund is available to players who withdraw from the GCMHA  based on the following:

• Full refund before the end of October
• 50% partial refund before the end of November
• No refund after the end of November

Divisions

At registration, every player must register in his or her age division. The following chart will be in effect for 2025-2026.
